1. Services We Provide

Pacific Auto Consultants offers:

  • Personal vehicle sourcing and negotiation

  • Commercial and fleet vehicle procurement

  • Appointment coordination with dealerships

  • Consultation and support through the buying or leasing process

Our standard personal service fee is $995 unless otherwise stated.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information

  • Ensure the vehicle preferences submitted are correct

  • Communicate promptly during the sourcing and negotiation process

  • Review and sign all dealership paperwork directly with the dealer

We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the client.

3. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing

While we leverage 50+ years of dealership and manufacturer relationships to secure the best possible pricing:

  • Vehicle availability is subject to dealer inventory

  • Incentives and pricing may change without notice

  • We cannot guarantee any specific vehicle, rate, deal, or delivery timeline

We negotiate on your behalf but final terms are always between you and the dealership.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Personal service fee: $995 (flat fee)

  • Commercial/fleet pricing: custom tiered pricing depending on volume

  • Fees may be invoiced prior to or upon service delivery

  • All sales of services are final unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Third-Party Dealerships

Pacific Auto Consultants is not a dealership. We:

  • Do not sell vehicles directly

  • Do not provide financing

  • Do not take possession of vehicles

All contracts, payments, and financial agreements are between the client and the dealership.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Dealer errors, delays, or changes in pricing/incentives

  • Financing decisions made by lenders

  • Vehicle defects, performance, or delivery issues

  • Losses or damages arising from dealership agreements

Our responsibility is limited to consulting, negotiation, and coordination services.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality

  • Copy or misuse any content or intellectual property on this site

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is the property of Pacific Auto Consultants or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Cancellations

Once we have begun sourcing or negotiation on your behalf, service fees may not be refundable. For any cancellation requests, please contact us immediately at Pacific Auto Consultants.
